Dreams should be lived, not placed on hold
We are a boutique travel agency based in Philadelphia, designing custom itineraries, curated group experiences, destination weddings, and milestone celebrations for travelers who want their time away to count for something.
A booking site sells you a room. We start somewhere else: where you are in your life right now, who is traveling with you, and what you want to still be talking about a year from now. The itinerary comes after those answers, never before them.

Comparing properties, cross checking reviews, and rebuilding half an itinerary when one booking falls through is our work. It does not need to become your second job.

We recommend from vetted relationships and firsthand knowledge, so you are choosing between a few good options instead of every option.

If a flight cancels or plans shift while you are abroad, you reach a person who already knows your itinerary and can act on it.

The planning process
Six steps from first message to the trip itself. You will know what happens next at every point.

Inquiry
Tell us where you are headed, who is traveling, and what matters most to you. The form takes a few minutes.

Consultation
A 30 minute conversation to get specific about your priorities, your pace, and a realistic budget before any research begins.

Proposal
Your planning fee opens the research phase. A designed itinerary follows, usually within 7 to 14 business days.

Invoicing
A clear breakdown of costs, deposits, and payment dates. Nothing is confirmed until you have seen all of it.

Travel
You go. We stay reachable for the length of the trip, not just until the deposit clears.

Post Review
We ask what worked and what did not, because the next journey should be better than the last one.

Meet the founder
Norman Williams
Norman Williams founded Majestic Dream Vacations, a boutique travel brand designing group experiences for travelers across Africa, the Caribbean, Asia, and beyond.
He plans in detail, builds itineraries around cultural connection rather than a checklist of sights, and has built the brand’s reputation on getting both right.
He has designed experiences in Ghana, Kenya, Bali, and Antigua, and brings two things to every journey: the places he has explored himself, and what the industry teaches you from the inside. He attends the major global travel shows and works with partners who can arrange what a booking site cannot, designing concierge-style trips for couples, groups, and travelers who expect the details to be handled.
Through the work he does more than plan vacations. He builds connections, honors heritage, and changes how people experience the world.
