You should be a guest at your own celebration
A destination celebration has two halves. There is the occasion itself, and there is the work of moving thirty or a hundred and thirty people across borders, into the right rooms, and onto the right transfer at the right hour. The second half is where the stress lives, and it is the half we take.
We work alongside your venue and its wedding team rather than replacing them, and handle everything either side of the event: the room block, your guests’ bookings and payments, arrivals, and the questions that would otherwise land on your phone.
Vow renewals, honeymoons and milestone anniversaries are planned the same way.

One private page, with everything your guests need
Add a private booking page built for your guests, available as an optional service. It is kept out of search engines and never listed on our site. You share the link, and your guests find everything in one place:

From first call to welcome home
How it works
Most couples start twelve to eighteen months before the celebration. That is what keeps the best rooms, dates and rates within reach.

Your consultation
Tell us the destination you have in mind, or the feeling you are after, your dates, roughly how many guests, and what matters most. Typically twelve to eighteen months out.

Agreement and planning fee
If we are a good fit, you receive a written planning agreement and your Professional Planning Fee. Research begins once both are in place.

Your proposal, and your choice
A curated set of destinations and resorts, compared on guest access, rooms, ceremony options and cost, so you can decide without wading through fifty tabs.

Date, room block and guest page
We request your date through the venue’s wedding team, secure the room block, and set up your guests’ booking instructions, or their own private booking page if you add one.

Your guests book
Guests reserve and pay through us, usually six to eight months before travel. We track who has booked, send the reminders and answer the questions.

Travel, celebration, welcome home
Documents and arrival details go out before departure. We are on hand for travel questions while you are away, and we follow up when you are home.

What it costs
A planning fee for you, travel packages for your guests
Planning begins with a Professional Planning Fee, from $1,000. Your exact fee is set after your consultation and agreed in writing before any work starts. It reflects the number of travelers, the destination and the services you need, and covers the research, supplier outreach and your proposal. It is non-refundable and separate from the cost of travel.
Your guests pay for their own travel packages, directly to Majestic Dream Vacations, on the dates shown on their booking page. You are never the one collecting money from your guests.

Frequently asked
How far ahead should we start?
Twelve to eighteen months before the celebration is typical. Popular venues and dates go early, and your guests need time to plan and pay. If your date is closer than that, tell us anyway and we will be honest about what is still possible.
What does it cost?
Professional Planning Fees start at $1,000, depending on your guest count, destination and the services you need. The fee is agreed in writing before planning begins. Your guests pay for their own travel packages separately.
Do our guests have to book through you?
To stay in your room block, yes. Rooms booked outside the group process usually do not count toward the block, and the block’s rate and benefits often depend on how many rooms are booked through it.
Do you plan the ceremony itself?
No. Your venue’s wedding team runs the ceremony and reception. We handle the travel around it and act as your liaison with the resort on anything travel related, so the two sides stay in step.
Can guests add flights or extra nights?
Yes. Flights, extra nights before or after, private transfers and travel protection can all be arranged, quoted separately and confirmed in writing.
