Step two
Book your consultation
Thirty minutes, free, to get specific about where you are going, how you like to travel, and what the trip should realistically cost. Nothing is designed yet, and nothing is owed yet.
First time here
If you have not told us about your trip yet, start with the travel inquiry form. It takes about five minutes and makes this conversation far more useful, because we will have read it before we speak.
What we cover
Thirty minutes, and a plan for what happens next
We talk about the shape of the trip rather than the details: who is travelling, what you want out of it, the pace that suits you, and a budget range that is honest on both sides.
By the end you will know whether we are the right fit, what the planning fee would be for your trip, and what the timeline looks like. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
Have your rough dates and a sense of budget to hand. Those two answers shape most of the conversation.

What happens next
01
A recap
A written summary of what we discussed, so nothing depends on either of us remembering it correctly.
02
Your planning fee
Quoted for your trip specifically, once the scope is clear. Research begins when it is settled. See how planning fees work
03
Your proposal
A designed itinerary, usually within 7 to 14 business days of the research starting.
Rather write than talk
Send us the details instead
The inquiry form covers the same ground and you can fill it in whenever it suits you.
