Terms & Conditions

A deposit is required to secure a place on any group departure. The deposit amount is stated on each trip page and is due at the time of registration.

All payments to Majestic Dream Vacations are non-refundable and non-transferable, including deposits. Group rates are secured with airlines, hotels, and operators who do not refund us, which is why we cannot refund you. This is the single most important reason we ask every traveler to hold travel insurance.

Where a payment plan is offered, the schedule is set out on your invoice. Once a trip’s final payment date has passed, any new booking must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Group pricing depends on the departure reaching an expected number of travelers. If participation falls below that number, pricing may change and we will tell you before anything further is owed.

Prices are quoted per person and, unless stated otherwise, are based on two travelers sharing a room. Pricing is subject to availability and may change until a deposit is received and a place is confirmed in writing.

Each departure has a registration deadline, stated on its trip page. We cannot accept reservations after that date.

If the services you have requested cannot be confirmed, your payment is refunded in full. If they are confirmed, the balance falls due under the schedule on your invoice and cancellation terms apply from that point.

Airline tickets are issued in the name on your passport and name changes are not permitted. A correction to a misspelled name carries a $100 fee per traveler and must be received in writing no later than 40 days before departure.

You are responsible for giving us names exactly as they appear on the passport you will travel with.

If you book on a shared basis, you are responsible for ensuring your roommate keeps up with their payment schedule. We will make every effort to let you know if they fall behind, but the booking is held jointly.

If a roommate withdraws, the remaining traveler is responsible for the single occupancy rate unless another share can be arranged.

We operate each trip as advertised wherever possible, but reserve the right to make changes where circumstances require it. Flights, hotels, and ground transport may be substituted for equivalents.

Included tours and excursions may change or be withdrawn for weather, safety, or operational reasons. We substitute where we can. Tours and inclusions carry no cash or credit value and are not refundable if unused.

Where a trip is built around a third-party event, that event’s organizers control its dates, times, venue, and programme. Those are outside our control and are subject to change.

Group airfare, where included, is economy class. Seat assignments are at the airline’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed, including for travelers booked together.

Where international airfare is not included, you are responsible for booking flights that meet the arrival and departure windows we give you.

Airport transfers and included excursions depart at fixed times. They cannot wait for late arrivals, and no refund is due where a traveler misses a departure.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and for obtaining any visas, permits, or health documentation required for the countries on your itinerary.

Entry requirements differ by nationality and change without notice. Check the official government source for each country you will enter, well ahead of departure. Majestic Dream Vacations is not liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate documentation.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended on every trip and is required on some. Because payments to us are non-refundable, insurance is the only practical protection against cancellation, medical costs abroad, and emergency evacuation.

Hotels are described as advertised or similar. If a property changes, we will tell you before any further payment falls due. Hotel amenities are set by the property and may change without notice.

Majestic Dream Vacations acts as an agent in arranging travel with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers. Those services are subject to the suppliers’ own terms, which pass through to you.

Majestic Dream Vacations acts solely as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers and other travel suppliers that provide your travel services. Each supplier operates independently and is responsible for the services it provides.

Your reservations are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the respective travel suppliers, including their cancellation, refund and liability provisions, which apply directly to your booking.
