Privacy Policy

When you submit a travel inquiry we collect the information you enter on the form: your name, contact details, who is traveling, your destinations and dates, your budget range, and anything else you choose to tell us about the trip.

When you book a consultation we collect your name, email address, and the time you selected.

When you join our email list we collect your email address.

When you make a booking we collect the details required to issue travel documents, which include passport information, dates of birth, and any accessibility or dietary needs you tell us about.

To answer your inquiry, prepare for your consultation, design and price your trip, and make the bookings you ask us to make.

To contact you about a trip you have booked, before and during travel.

To send you email updates about departures and travel guidance, if you have asked us to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and you can use it at any time.

Suppliers, only as required to make your booking. That means airlines, hotels, tour operators, and ground handlers, and only the details they need.

The tools we use to run the business. Our inquiry form and trip planning run on PlanItEasy, consultations are scheduled through Calendly, and email is sent through Flodesk. Each of these holds the data you give it under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Payments are processed by Stripe, either through PlanItEasy, the booking and client system we run the agency on, or through a Stripe payment link. Either way your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us, and the invoice and booking record are held in PlanItEasy.

Our web host keeps standard server access logs, which include visitor IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

This site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any similar tool, so we do not build a profile of how you browse.

Inquiries that do not become bookings: two years from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Consultation bookings: two years from the appointment.

Booking records: seven years after travel is completed. We hold these for tax, accounting, and liability reasons, which is why a deletion request cannot always remove them straight away.

Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we do not accidentally add you again.

Passport details and dates of birth: deleted once travel is complete and no supplier still needs them.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email, without affecting a trip you have booked.

Beyond that, we offer the following to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live, rather than only where a particular law requires it:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, other than records we are required to keep for tax or legal reasons.
• Ask us to stop using it for marketing, which takes effect immediately.
• Object to a particular use, or ask us to restrict it while we look into a concern.

Write to hello@majesticdreamvacations.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never charge you for making a request or treat you differently for having made one.

If you live somewhere that grants additional rights beyond these, tell us when you write and we will honour them.

We set no cookies ourselves, and as above, this site runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. Nothing here follows you around the web or builds a profile of how you browse.

Four other companies are contacted when a page loads:

• Google Fonts serves our typefaces, so Google receives your IP address on every page.
• Flodesk runs our newsletter signup, and stores a small amount of data in your browser to remember whether you have already seen or dismissed it, so that you are not asked again on every page.
• PlanItEasy and Calendly provide the inquiry form and the booking calendar on the pages carrying them, and may set their own cookies under their own policies.
• Stripe is contacted only if you click through to make a payment, and the travel insurance providers on our Travel Insurance page only if you click through for a quote. Those links are affiliate links, which is stated on that page.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Where children travel as part of a family or group booking, we collect their details from the adult making the booking.

If this policy changes we will update the date below. Material changes affecting travelers with live bookings will be communicated directly.
